Key Responsibilities:
Processing the work of tenders beginning of the announcement of the tender until you have completed and delivered it as follow :-
• Purchase of tender papers.
• Planning and implementation of the tender tasks .
• Check quotation for customer details, price, quantity specifications, delivery date, and warranty and submit to sales Division for approval.
• Review the conditions of the tender.
• Coordinate with Sales Divisions to prepare the price analysis sheet for each tender.
• Processing the estimated price list and expected profitability.
• Processing guarantee letter papers.
• Tender delivery to the customer on time.
• Visit and follow-up customers (tender-dep).
• Well experienced in MOH tender system
• Create a file for each tender contains the tender announcement and the analytical table of prices and profitability, conditions and specifications quotations, catalogs and all related papers.
• So many other responsibilities to be discussed during the interview.

• Working as sales representative on riyhad pharma (otc products).
• Responsible for promotion and sales of in Eastern Area pharmacies.
• Responsible for all sales process in eastern area like creating new potential deals, making quotation, following up and financial negotiation.
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Working as sales representative on selling Novalac milk, Tena diapers and collection.
• Responsible for promotion and sales of in Eastern Area pharmacies.
• Responsible for all sales process in eastern area like creating new potential deals, making quotation, following up and financial negotiation.
• Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
