Project Details:
•FABRICATION, HUC UP & INSTALLATION OF TOPSIDE, JACKETS, HELIDECK, MEZZANINE DECK, CONTROL ROOM - FOR SAUDI ARAMCO MRJN (PACKAGE 1&4), & SAFANIYA FIELD-5 Billion US $.
•SUBSEA PIPE SPOOL AND INSTALLATION AIDS FABRICATION FOR MARJAN INTEGRATION PROJECTSAUDI ARAMCO.
•SUPERVISING MULTIPLE SUBCONTRACTOS IN SAF 6 BROWN FIELD SCOPE OF 30” TRUNK LINE TO SAFANIYA GOSP 5 WITH A 230kV SUBSEA COMPOSITE CABLE FROM TP-2 BERRI TO ABU ALI GOSP.
Job Responsibilities:
•Control, supervise, monitor and guide the day-to-day activities of the Planning and Control Team Supervise the planning function during design, construction stages of assigned project/projects
•Supervise in delivering the resourced robust baseline project schedules (team size dependent)
•Oversee the co-ordination and production of all project plans and associated documents (S’ Curves, Histograms, Tabulated man hour / progress data) Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilization of the project control system based on project specific requirements and corporate guidelines
•Provide the Management Team with the relevant contract information
•Promote good working relations within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and client representatives
•Ensure all planning work is carried out in compliance with Corporate and Project specific procedures.
•Control, directly supervise, monitor and guide the day-to-day activities of the Planning team
•Supervise the production of resourced robust baseline project schedules
•Oversee the co-ordination and production of all project plans and associated documents (S Curves, Histograms, Tabulated man hour / progress data)
•Ensure the timely issue of updated plans and associated documents accurately at the agreed intervals
•Liaise and interface with the Client Project Control Manager and Contract Manager on all relevant matter
•Ensure that the Project Controls Manager / Project Manager / Project Engineers are aware of all planning issues
•Liaise with the project team and planners to resolve conflicts
•Provide proposal support as required
•Preparation of Closure report and communicate Lesson Learned to Project Management Office.
