- Knowledge in ophthalmic devices in general, diagnostic and refractive devices in specific.
Responsible for sales of Topcon devices in Jordan.
Training doctors/operators/optometrists on Topcon devices.
Installation of Topcon devices.
Maintenance of Topcon devices and after-sale services.
I was responsible for the following tasks:
- Analysis of the Arab and North African in-vitro diagnostic market 2009.
- Independently writing a documentation about labs and distributors active in Arabic-speaking countries, i.e. Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, etc.., for in-vitro diagnostics, mainly for autoimmune diseases.
-Further analysis of the hospital special departments of Immunology in these diagnostic markets.
- Introducing a new automated screening system for differentiation of non-organ specific autoantibodies on Hep-2 cells (AKLIDES(r)) to companies and hospitals in the Arab countries by directly contacting them via phone and email.
- Inviting potential customers to a presentation at the Medipan booth in ArabLab Exhibition 2010 in Dubai, UAE.
- Preparation of a list for in-vitro diagnostics relevant exhibitions and conferences in these countries.
- Received a one-month scholarship to Germany on my first year in University for exceeding in German language course - participated in the university's soccer team for two years. -Received a scholarship for being in the top 10 students in the Biomedical Engineering faculty. -Endured a year of both studying and internship in Germany as part of my study plan.
