Main responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategic plans
Prepare sales budget, forecast and reports
Ensure sales effectiveness and monitor KPIs regularly
Work closely with management to discuss achievements & new business opportunities.
Prepare market survey study defining market size, potentials and competition analysis.
Conduct periodical seminars, exhibitions, in-house meetings and training.
Find solutions and adjust planning to meet new challenges.
Contact potential suppliers, discuss business models and negotiate agreements.
Evaluate and introduce new product lines and gain new suppliers.
Maintain close relation with all multinational suppliers
Build and maintain long lasting relationships with key clients to promote company image and products
Establish a winning culture and result orientated team and maintain the team spirit.
Main responsibilities:
• Promoting Novo Nordisk products for the health care providers
• Iimplementation of the sales & Marketing strategy
• Counteraction of the competitor’s activities within the area of responsibilities
• Timely reporting market feedback about competitors and market changes
Educate the market about the importance of new product lines.
