لقد كنت مدير مكتب العضو المنتدب للشركة ومساعد المدير ومسئول عن الملفات و إدارته و الربط بين فروع الشركة و تنظيم المواعيد و مساعدة المدير فى عمل صفقات الشراء مع إستخدام أدوات الإتصال - I was the office manager of the representative member of the company, the general manager assistant, responsible for the files and administering it, connecting the branches of the company, arranging the meetings, and helping the manager in making purchasing deals with using the means of communications .

لقد كنت سكرتير تنفيذى مسئول عن إدارة الملفات وترتيب المواعيد و التنسيق لمهام المدير والربط بين الإدارات المختلفة و إستخدام أدوات الإتصالات - I was the executive secretary, responsible for files management, arranging meetings, connecting the different administrations, and using the means of communications.
