Accomplishments:
• Hand-selected to function as Acting Director, provide headship during the transition period i.e. recruitment of capable individual to take over the position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial thought leader, directing financial management, control and reporting of Program Funding activities.
• Serving as a value-added business partner & challenger, interacting and providing sound financial leadership, decision support and advice to the business and the customers

• Provided financial advice and support for business development on funding matters. Developed and implemented a strong and effective finance business partnering ethos across BAE.
• Administered financial reporting, forecasting and provided strategic input to Business Unit internal & external reporting.
• Rendered strategic financial advice to senior members of the Business, defined and developed necessary strategic plans and operational budgets. Generated financial information and analysis to support business planning and decision-making processes.

• Proffered strategic financial consultancy to the Saudi British Defense Co-Operation Program Royal Saudi Air Force Programs Office.
• Delivered a professional management accounting service including direct support to the business planning process, budget setting, completion of quarterly reforecasts and the production of monthly management accounts.

• Facilitated liaison between contract companies and the Royal Saudi Air Force.
• Communicated with United States and Saudi Arabian government sectors to coordinate RSAF requirements.
