Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and opening a job order on system.
Note the exact complain of customer with his words.
Provide a technical complain in the job order to the work shop supervisor.
Contact the customer to get the approval for any spare parts needs to be replaced.
Advise customers on the required vital jobs.
Follow up the job with workshop controller and technician.
Get the warranty approval from the warranty admin.
Follow up the payment of the invoice.
Deliver the vehicle after readiness to the customer.
- Responsible of Production line and daily production of Air Conditioning units.
- Handling Customer complaints and arranging a technical team site visit.
- Following up with the customer during the repair procedure
- Manage and grow all sales channels within my responsibility, including distributors, retailers and any other partners; increase the depth of each channel significantly.
- Meet retailer in person and advice retailers on opportunities, market information, new territories and new Geepas mobile products to help strengthen and grow their business.
Team Leader in W/S, warranty cases judgement, warranty processing in suppliers submission systems, handling and reporting of quality issues.
Service advisor.
Training for 2 weeks in quick service, 4 weeks in general repair and 2 weeks as service adviser.
B.Sc. (honours) in Mechanical Engineering.
