• Served as Construction Manager for one of the largest Hajj electrical infrastructure mega-projects in Makkah, applying full PMP®
project life cycle from initiation through closeout.
• Directed scope management and schedule management to deliver 173 MDB installations on time across the Mashaar network,
leading 30+ engineers and 100+ technicians.
• Applied risk management practices to identify and mitigate critical power failure risks during Hajj season, ensuring uninterrupted
supply for over 2 million pilgrims.
• Managed stakeholder engagement with SEC, client representatives, and government authorities for site inspections, regulatory
approvals, and final commissioning.

National Guard Project
• Managed MV/LV distribution, switchgear, and substation infrastructure for National Guard facilities; reviewed shop drawings,
single-line diagrams, and load schedules for IEC compliance.
• Supervised installation and commissioning of low current systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address,
Telephone, and Data Systems across all facilities.
• Supervised subcontractors and labor across multiple concurrent workfronts; prepared MIR/WIR reports, technical reports, and
progress updates for senior management.
• Coordinated with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to resolve multi-disciplinary site conflicts and RFIs; implemented
QA/QC procedures from procurement through commissioning.

• Directed site execution of electrical and low current systems for a large-scale housing development comprising 300 residential units,
including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Telephone, and Data Systems.
• Oversaw MV/LV distribution, wiring, lighting, and MDB/sub-panel installation; managed 30+ technicians and junior engineers,
facilitated MIR/WIR inspections, and maintained as-built drawings for handover.
