 Supply market positioning.
 Supply base profiles.
 Supplier assessment.
 Supplier financial analysis.

Request For Quotation (RFQ).
 Service level agreements.
 E-Auctions.
 Summary of quotations.
 Cost analysis.
 Objective decision making.
• Ensure that company Sustainability policy is invoked within the entire Procurement process.
• Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure that service, quality, added value, total cost, security of supply and the deployment of the supplier’s capabilities in innovation are secured.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships and ongoing negotiations, using leading practice procurement tools (such as cost trend analysis, price change analysis and supplier Performance reviews) to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality; keep internal customers informed and involved in ongoing supplier management.
• Maximize the use of the available cash flow by identifying best practice and leveraging spend within and outside the organization.
• Assist with the development of new processes, procedures and solutions for the purchasing system and identify any category specific requirements.
• Development of company Project Management methodology
• Contribute the set up of Cost and Financial controls
• Reviewing and compiling project managers and other departments inputs to develop Company budget and setting of Cost/Profit Centers

Obtain advice and appropriate level of involvement from the legal department

• Greater Diffra Field Production Facilities & Flow Lines Project -Sudan and Diffra FPF exported Via 20in, 110Km long, buried line of API 5L Gr. B with FBE coating.
• Prepare ITB in the data gathering of all GNPOC facilities (upstream and downstream) and involved in the discussion with varies disciplines and departments (within GNPOC) the work also include site visit of the facilities to view their conditions as part of preparation for ITB write up.

Activities involved are as follows: Employed as Mechanical Inspector Consultant, I worked at Greater Diffra Projects - Field Production Facilities & Field Surface Facilities and Diffra Export Pipeline.
