• To Support the Head of Projects in delivery of agreed objectives in line with the procurement strategy, providing a commercial procurement management while managing the overall performance.
• Identify the procurement strategy and a rolling development program.
• Establish and lead cross-functional teams to manage the development and implementation of the procurement strategy.

Supply market positioning.
Supply base profiles.
Supplier assessment.
Supplier financial analysis.

Cost analysis.
Objective decision making.
• Ensure that company Sustainability policy is invoked within the entire Procurement process.
• Negotiate contractual agreements with suppliers to ensure that service, quality, added value, total cost, security of supply and the deployment of the supplier’s capabilities in innovation are secured.
• Manage and develop supplier relationships and ongoing negotiations, using leading practice procurement tools (such as cost trend analysis, price change analysis and supplier Performance reviews) to deliver breakthrough performance in cost, service and quality; keep internal customers informed and involved in ongoing supplier management.
• Maximize the use of the available cash flow by identifying best practice and leveraging spend within and outside the organization.
• Assist with the development of new processes, procedures and solutions for the purchasing system and identify any category specific requirements.
• Development of company Project Management methodology
• Contribute the set up of Cost and Financial controls
• Reviewing and compiling project managers and other departments inputs to develop Company budget and setting of Cost/Profit Centers

Procurement & Supply & Partner Contract Requirements
Prepare a suite of agreements (as per above) which are ready for signature after necessary approval has been obtained, which details the contractual relationships between all major parties to the business
Review and update contract plan and schedule
Consult with the Engineering Team on the requirements to be included in all relevant agreements
Confirm the marketing requirements regarding any restrictions which may be imposed by the Licensor to ensure alignment of business case
Obtain advice and appropriate level of involvement from the legal department
• Study ITB, project and design basis such as general plot plan, overall project schedule, basic design data, client's specification and other related documents and ensures full understanding of the scope of work.
• Plan and Organize Mechanical & Piping Engineering activities and manpower requirements.
• Develop detailed mechanical & piping engineering schedule and man-hours distribution based on scope of work and unit man-hours on each activity.
• Coordinate Mechanical & Piping Design and engineering activities with other engineering discipline involved.
• Develop conceptual layout and technical instructions.
• Organize weekly meeting with team members to discuss accomplishments, schedules, technical issues and quality improvement of the project.
• Provide technical guidance to all members of the team.
• Visit to project site and clients for a kick-off or clarification meeting.

(ii) Field Surface Facilities25millions project for GNPOC : Procurement, construction and commissioning of well head surface facilities, OGMs , Power system Renovation in Neem field, Unity field, Munga field and Heglieg field
Consultant Mechanical Engineer, I worked at Field Surface Facilities for WNOPC:
16 millions $ Project Tharjath Area, Sudan. Work consists of close Supervision and Surveillance Inspection on a daily basis for all stages of Construction, Materials inspection and receiving, Monitoring Quality Control, and Verifying Work Procedures applications.

Activities involved are as follows: • Responsible for man-hours and cost estimation of activities related to piping. Preparation of Technical Document Register (TDR) & Procurement Tracking Report (PTR)
• Preparation of all Mechanical & piping Method statements and construction procedures.
• Design assistance to piping designer for layout for development of piping GADs and subsequent isometrics.
• Assistant in the Analysis of stress critical piping systems
• Site supervision all through the construction phase.
• Construction supervision and documentation following up.
OGP TECHNICAL SERVICES SDN-BHD-Sudan- Phase 2& 4:
Duration August 03 to Dec 04
• 300K BOPD CPF Expansion, The production capacity of this project is 70, 000 BOPD with 0.3% BS&W, Average and maximum 0.5% BS&W. The CPF facility shall be guaranteed for a maximum of 0.5% BS&W in the treated oil. The inlet BS&W for the crude Oil inlet to the New CPF facilities will be 10% by volume maximum.
• Greater Diffra Field Production Facilities & Flow Lines Project -Sudan and Diffra FPF exported Via 20in, 110Km long, buried line of API 5L Gr. B with FBE coating.
• Prepare ITB in the data gathering of all GNPOC facilities (upstream and downstream) and involved in the discussion with varies disciplines and departments (within GNPOC) the work also include site visit of the facilities to view their conditions as part of preparation for ITB write up.
Activities involved are as follows: Employed as Mechanical Inspector Consultant, I worked at Greater Diffra Projects - Field Production Facilities & Field Surface Facilities and Diffra Export Pipeline. Work consists of close Supervision and Surveillance Inspection on a daily basis for all stages of Construction, Materials inspection and receiving, Monitoring Quality Control, and Verifying Work Procedures applications.
Worked as Piping Engineer in Munga Project Expansion 5 million $ project for Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Co. Sudan.
Activities involved are as follows: • Responsible for man-hours and cost estimation of activities related to welding, NDT, Blasting & Wrapping.
• Carry out the Qualification Test for welding personnel.
• Construction supervision and documentation following up.
• Preparation of material take off and man hour's estimates.
• Responsible of welder's qualifications as well as WPS qualification.
• Preparation of construction method statements and procedures.
