In charge of Telecom services of the Substation Automation and Telecom Engineering for SEC, my role is demonstrated at providing the service for the pure telecom projects or telecom related to power substation projects such as bidding process, preparing bid packages based on their SOW, pre-qualification for equipment and contractors, Solicits inputs from Network Engineering sections for the development of proposals and SOW to ensures that all the bids requirement of project scope and BoQ are addressed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the new pure telecom project or Substation project pre-qualification and bidding process, preparing bid packages based on the SOW received from the concerned telecom section, prepare schedule-B and schedule-C (BoQ) and shopping card to allocate the project budget, work closely with the contracting department to prepare the bid package. technical evaluation and post- bidding support for project and operation departments with regards to the subject project.
 Main contribution in the Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) for the Central Operation Area (COA)-2016.
 Fully responsible for reviewing and consolidate scope of work (SOW) and bedding process for Monitoring of Real-Time Active Grid Performance (MORAGP) phasor measurement Unit- Protection (PMU) Telecom (MPLS-TP).
 Telecom infrastructure MPLS-TP for Closed Circuit Television CCTV project.
 Retrofitting OPGW in WOA project).
 Reviewing and observe implementing the master plan and budget for telecom department and regional operation areas.
 Member of Dawiyat (SEC subsidiary responsible for wholesaling telecom services to external clients) committee for telecom core network engineering and to implement the last-mile and connect the VIP client, our role is:
 To align Dawiyat strategic plan with NG network and give a proper end-to-end solution for Dawiyat client, which can achieve their business plan.
 Work closely with the service integrator and vendor to provide the best technical proposal and commercial offer for Dawiyat requests.
 Facilitate workshop and brainstorming meeting between NG and Dawiyat for the reason of propose network design and new technology such DWDM, MPLS-TP, IP-MPLS, and Carrier Ethernet.
 Study the submitted offer for OSP and equipment.
 Assessment for the Telecom equipment and contractors Prequalification in SEC project.
 Contribute of making company standard for Digital Radio Trunk and Microwave.
 Review Digital Radio Trunk Scope of Work (P-25 and DMR) for the South Operation Area (SOA).

) In charge of the quality control for telecom at any project related to the company implemented with Aramco standards.,

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the implementation of quality requirement for the project such as: By Issuing RFIs
 To ensure that materials are correct prior to installation.
 During installation as per approved drawing (IFC) and project specification, during testing and commissioning.
 Activities shall be in compliance with Schedule Q and approved ITP Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan (SATIP) and its corresponding checklist (SAIC), Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES - T and P series) and applicable standards (SASO, UL, CE, BS, American Standards such as ASTM, IEEEC, etc.
 Raise RFI’s for project stages and follow up the project lifecycle with the PID, Third party and PMT team from the start of construction activities up to closing phase.
 Monitor the FOC & Copper Cable projects in PetroRabigh (Cable laying, Splicing, Termination, Testing and commissioning) for the following scope of works;
- GS CA- 1.2Km FOC & Copper Cable laying, splicing & termination.
- C.O# 4 - 1.8 Km Copper Cable laying and termination.
- C.O# 7 - 144F OSP Duct-bank laying & splicing.
- C.O# 9 - 144F OSP Duct-bank laying & splicing.
- Permanent Communication Package (OSP, WLAN, IP Telephone, Data
Network, PAGA, Hotline Telephone, Video Conference, CCTV)
- ALHARBI FOC & Copper Cable laying, splicing and termination
 Coordinate and interfacing with sub-contractors any quality inspection related issues for construction and material receiving.
 Participate in weekly progress meeting with SAPMT and SAPID.
 Verified IFC drawings for any changes prior to field revision/redline drawing based on actual condition at site
 Participate in any Site Acceptance Test and Partial Mechanical Completion for each system.

Leading sales activities for internet capacity and connectivity for telecom operators and ISP in Sudan and neighbor country
(In charge of the identification of potential carriers as well of the evaluation of the international carrier’s proposals for international capacity, IPLC, MPLS connectivity and IP transit. The main interface with carriers/vendors during the sourcing phase and have to ensure obtaining the best commercial and contractual terms and conditions.
then saling the international and national capacity to the operators, ISP's and niebougher country operators. provide and design connectivity solutions for point to point and point to multi-points as well as internet services for the operator and international organization).
WiFi WiMax and CDMA network rollout project managment, optimization and quality inspection, and network operation and maintenance supervision. follow up the customer complain and solve problem.

-Beside the CDMA BSS duties, Leading of Radio Transmission team responsible for backhaul of the CDMA network via 80 MW links to managing projects (supervising outsourced contractors plus a staff); in wireless leased line and internet connectivity for corporate customers via a PTMP Cambridge broadband system, in addition to a Proxim PTP MW network with over 100 links.
