among the personal team to fulfill the following tasks:
1- Maintain a complete Personnel / HR filingsystem that provides information
on employees and all relevant management material.
2- Maintain employees attendance, vacations, sick leave & etc.. Up to date.
3- Dealing with all governmental authorities such as social insurance, ministry of
labor and all related government s office to ensure all company documents
4- matching the Egyptian work law. Issue employment.
5- offer to candidates. Issue employment contract to new employees. Ensure all
employees and new starters have a position description that accurately reflects
6- their role.
7- Provide Personnel & HR reports to thePresident and relevant management on
a monthly basis or as required, such as: Staff turnover statistics, Absenteeism,
Recruitment activities, Performance.
8- Handling the new hiring Employees (Completing the required Hiring
Documents - Register the employees on the system - Managing the
employees’ files - New comers Orientation).
9- Handling the Employees’ Termination Progress.
10- Handling the Monthly Attendance and submit the Salaries to the Payroll
Section including (Salaries Variable - Promotions - Overtime - Part time -
Monthly Checks of Insurance Office and Labor Office).
11- Following up the Ensuring of the legal requirement with the Social Insurance
Office and the Labor Office.
12- Searching for Positive solution for any problems or complaining from the
Employees.
13- Following up the daily issues between the different Departments and the H.R
Department.
14- Handling the Monthly Renewal contracts of the Employees (Renewal contract
form - Probation periods).

15- Reviewing and updating the Personal Office Records (Military records - Health
Certifications - General Record - Misconduct Records).
16- 14-Any other tasks asked by the
Assistance and support to the personnel department in all phases of personnel relations.
Maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian labor and social insurance laws.
Deals with governmental external offices such as labor, social insurance offices.
Handles all related work permit procedures and issue regular reports as required.
Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
Handles staff absences regards to update absence data base reporting staff absence to payroll and or line mangers as appropriate.
Handles staff attendance data base and reporting as appropriate.
Handled all related medical insurance and issue regular reports as required.
Assist and recommend benefits programs, salary policy lines and administrative procedures introduce incentive bonus system.
Prepare reports for monthly and quarterly enrollments and updates.
Preparing and ensuring accurate monthly closing transactions overtime leaves for concerned employees.
Tracking time attendance for employees &record absences lateness cases.
Handling all systems functions and implementation for several systems time management and Hits Systems.
Hiring new staff for the organization .
Responsible for the legal documents and procedures regarding the staff within organization.
Managing relation among the different departments regarding any manpower issues.
Completion of recruitment procdures foe the new staff.
Compltion of bank accounts and staff bank loans procedures.
Preparing from 1 to 6 reports on weekly & monthly basis.
Handling all medical insurance issues.
Labr office statistics(annual&monthly)work contracts
Handling all recruitment process for the new candidates.
Filling process for all the employees in the company.
Salaries : (Commissions-bonus-monthly salaries).

Responsible for the payroll and changing of status procedures.
Handling all systems functions and implementation for several systems time management, Payroll and
Delta Software systems.

Salaries:-
Preparing all the evaluation reports concerning the employees
(Monthly reports&Annual reports).
Exoerienced in dealing with all Salaries Software Porgrammers.
Distribute information and explain benefit programs to employees, this will include conducting benefit
enrollment meetings
Taking over all monthly payroll procedures transactions entry open period, payroll calculations, reviewing
total income report, generating Gl report, generating Loan
situation report.

Dealing with labor office:
