Set goals and deadlines for the department.
• Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency..
• Direct or coordinate the supportive services department of a business, agency, or organization.
• Develop annual business plan for products in the business unit in the region in line with --corporate strategies & local specific needs.
• Ensure that proper marketing plans - aligned with the regional / global strategies- are in place.

• Prepare short and long term sales forecast for all products in business unit.
• Direct / monitor the organization of all pre-launch / launch activities for new products within the unit.

• Monitor all sales strategies / activities in the region that are needed to realize the annual sales targets.
• Visiting clients to identify and evaluate their business and/or technical requirements.
• Collecting and analyzing data, crop yield and financial reports, to measure performance.
• Preparing or modifying business or operating plans.
• Solving problems and creating solutions, including organizing and conducting field trials.
