Responsibilities:
• Supporting and guiding all health and social services network ministry of health institutions and organizations in information security.
• Governance and architecture work based on ministry's orientations, directives, guidelines, and tools.
• Deploying operational security technology solutions as documented and standardized by the "Cyber Defence Operational Centre" (COCD).
• Meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology (MCN).
• Delivering security outputs within the MSSS's IT Treatment Centres Consolidation Program (CTI).
• Producing security advice for IT project requests addressed to the ministry of health.
• Working with local security teams in RSSS institutions and with various MSSS teams.
• Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling activities related to deployment and/or support projects.
Main tasks include:
• Coordinating knowledge transfer to ensure maximum autonomy.
• Estimating project scope, quality, effort, and schedule.
• Identifying and planning deliverables for all RSSS institutions.
• Using project management tools (Azure DevOps) to ensure rigorous tracking and reporting.
• Drafting documentation for various project phases, including tracking indicators.
• Supervising Agile Scrum or Scrum ban work.
• Mobilizing teams to meet deadlines.
• Collaborating closely with other teams and local security teams
• Managing supplier relationships if required.
