• Manage and supervise U&M Division Work Control subordinate staff to the standard operation procedure requirements.
• Development of complete training system for in house training of Work Control staff in all aspects of labor planning and work supply techniques.
• Implementation of in house training for existing Work Control staff in all aspects of labor planning, work measurement techniques, and safety.

Major Activity
• Exercise overall management of Hardware related maintenance activities.
• Plan, organize and optimize the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules of DCS equipment, e.g. PCU and UCS Network Cabinet
• Perform DCS configuration changes/ additions to existing Plant facilities as may be required.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance for Tenore-NT(SCADA) problems.
• Perform fault isolation and corrective actions to reported system faults and problems.
• Prepare technical reports analyzing probable causes of encountered problems and recommending solutions to correct these problems.
• Perform DCS equipment redundancy checks at pre-determined intervals in coordination with IT and Operation personnel to ensure maximum availability of control equipment.
• Establish control of records of all DCS maintenance activities.
• Perform regular software support for DCS Servers including DCS Simulator.
• Periodically peruse system diagnostic displays/alarms and report/rectify the corresponding findings.
• Debug faults, recommend and implement solutions to system problems, and other related application programs.
• Implement approved additions and/or modifications to the system and to effect additions and/or modifications in the UCS configuration, reports and graphic displays. Align UCS system accordingly.
• Establish control of records of system modifications and maintenance schedules implemented.
• Part of Commission group.
• Perform other tasks that may be assignee.
• Cover a position of Section head.

Major activity:
Maintain either instrument or control system, modify, configure and implement if required new logic control. Supervisory of interfacing system integrated with control system. Coordinate with relevant section of maintenance for signals validation; prepare sequence of event report if any incident happens. Archiving and backing up all data for plant up to year duration and restore it for analysis propose and /or if any need of customer (operation). Care about PC problems such as slow possessing and hanging up by performing defrayment-Check disk- clean up. . etc.
