Job Description: This Power Plant consists of 3 Blocks of combined cycle power plants. Each block is comprised by 2 Gas Turbines and 1 Steam Turbine. Total plant generating capacity is 2, 250MW at 400kV.

Main Job Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: • Conduct trainings for Work Permit Receivers, Work Permit Controllers and Work Permit Issuers and test their competency
• Development of the Site Lock-out Tag-out system procedure that covered Work Permit process
• Implement the Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) /Work Permit system program for Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Pre-operation and to final hand over to the client
• Ensure that all work permits are properly routed from the requestor to Work Permit Controllers for proper isolation, approval by Work Permit Issuers and permit control.
• Ensure the availability of all LOTO red locks, lock-out devices (hasps, chains, etc.), red & yellow tags, flash arc suits for high voltage activities, manpower resources, etc.
• Ensure proper coordination and communication within the Joint Venture Commissioning, sub-contractors and Operation & Maintenance groups on work permits and LOTO/isolations
• Performs Safety Walk downs and checks proper field implementation of LOTO by all parties.
• Generation of LOTO and Safety reports.
• Conduct periodic inspection and audits of the LOTO system
• Maintained a high level of LOTO awareness within HHI and its sub-contractors resulting to zero injury from commissioning
