Manage the full cycle of general ledger, fixed assets, and tax operations, ensuring strict
compliance with IFRS, ZATCA and the company’s internal policies and procedures.
Oversee the capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal of fixed assets, along with
lease accounting, ensuring alignment with both IFRS and operational requirements.
Supervise monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate
financial reporting.
Handle direct and indirect tax matters, including Zakat, VAT, WHT, and RETT, ensuring correct
treatment and timely submissions in line with ZATCA guidelines.
Work closely with external, internal and government auditors, providing easy access to
financial data, clarifying audit requirements, and assisting in the timely completion of the audit
process by addressing findings and providing necessary documentation.
Provide technical accounting advice to management on complex issues, ensuring proper
application of IFRS.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive accounting policies and procedures to
enhance accuracy, consistency, and internal controls across financial processes.
Contribute to ERP implementation and enhancements, including workflow design, account
mapping, testing, and data migration, to support automation and improve reporting efficiency.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, promoting knowledge sharing and
continuous improvement in financial operations.

Manage the general ledger activities which include fixed assets, taxation and financial reporting.
Generate annually/quarterly audited financial statements (consolidated and standalone).
Run a periodic health check to identify areas of improvement at accounting department and
other departments that affect the health of the accounting system.
Ensure accounting policies and procedures are up to date and fully complied with IFRS and other related regulations.
Interact with external parties in relation to financial audit and advisory, such as: external auditors, government auditors and IPO advisor.

Handle regular GL transactions on SAP system.
Analyze data and give a strong eye for errors and inconsistencies and then reconcile and devise solutions accordingly.
Reassess ECL and inventory provision periodically.
Generate monthly/annual (consolidated and standalone) financial statements.
Work side by side with external auditors, governmental auditors and IPO adviser.

Oversee the month-end / year-end closing and ensure the efficient and timely production of financial reports.
