Following up, guiding, supporting, controlling accounts department team.
- Checking, verifying and approving all accounts department transactions.
- Manage and oversee the entire accounting team & Conduct all necessary
training to keep the team’s skills and knowledge up to date
- Checking and follow up the Accounts Receivable (customer payments)
- Annual, quarterly closing of accounts and Coordination with external auditors throughout
the preparation of the annual and semi annual financial statement and providing the
supporting related analysis reports.
- Providing an interpretation of financial information and reporting to CFO.
- Participated in the development with the IT Company to implement new
“ePROMIS ERP” Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management and other
Systems Modules.
- Full control of company cash flows (Monthly plan and reporting with daily control).
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
account information and trends
- Mitigating financial risks by strenthing internal controls over financial activirties.
- Checking, review and submit the VAT declaration Quarterly basis.

- Liaise with the external and internal auditors to furnish all the necessary
documents as per the requisitions for conduct of the mandatory audits.
- Assisting CFO by Coordinate with the concerned departmental heads to monitor the
preparation of annual budgets adhering to the policies and protocols of the
organization.
- Preparation of monthly receivables ageing report and follow up the Company
payments (Collections).
- Any other responsibilities related to Finance Department.
Checking all accounts Department Functions and transactions (Authorization of
Payments, approving all type of Accounts transactions, review and checking the
accounts ledgers ...etc).
- Debtors and Creditors management (handling F.A and suppliers functions &
related transactions and payments).
- Kept the accounts receivable customer files updated on a day to day basis to
assist in following up on overdue payments and enable recover the outstanding.
- Preparation of MIS & Costing reports, Forecasts, and reporting to CFO.
- Finalization of Accounts and Preparation of Financial Statement and Co-
ordination with external auditors
Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing
accounting data; preparing reports.
- Handling the payroll of more than 2000 employees.
- Maintained subcontractors accounts, with Their Bank Guarantees
- Finalized accounts and prepared monthly trial balance,
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance
sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Closing reports and reporting to Accounts Manager.
- Prepared monthly costing reports for all undertaken projects with the
coordination of costing department.
- Maintained cash flow system and weekly and monthly reports.
