I am working in Emrill facility management company as a BMS operator from 2018 till now
My responsibility is maintain the BMS system and daily log book and make reports on daily and monthly basis and if there is any problem I rectify that and also doing hvac work like maintaining FAHUs FCUs and pumps etc
I am also doing the trouble shooting low voltage system like access doors CCTV system and intercom system.
I was bms technician in saudi logistics and electronics company.
And we have work in king saud university with honeywell.
I can install devices and can prepare panel as per digram and also can do testing of bms system.
