• Responsible for numerous tasks such morning greetings and reception, collection of belongings from candidates.

• performing ID checks ensuring no fraudulent candidates get through, administrating the IAM software to perform the digital based ID checks, escorting candidates to waiting areas and test areas and around the test area premises, inside the examination room.

• Responsible of distributing appropriate stationary for candidates, performing double counting of test material, distribution and collection of test material.

• Monitoring and assisting candidates, making sure everyone abides by the rules and regulations.

• Responsible for checking the test material before entry into the examination venue.

• Preparation of inbound and outbound and admin logs and script, double counting and sealing and extraction of test material inside test venue.

• Managing and empowering the row invigilators assigned to my venue.

• Reading out the instructions and making sure everyone understood them clearly, assisting other invigilators/candidates when needed and taking vital decisions whenever necessary.

Primarily responsible for receiving inbound calls from our automated Five9 dialer.

•Identifying campaigns that suit the customer’s request.

• Responsible for compiling documents/material for every new campaign/update in order to coach the agents about campaign-related information such as types of goods/services each campaign provides.

I was responsible for the whole media production process for a TED event held at our beloved Princess Sumaya University For technology (PSUT) campus, it involved tasks such as setting up camera angles, script writing, assembling of shot lists, lighting and audio design and setup, stage design, informational workshops for speakers, post production and editing.
