Drive Jordan River Foundation’s Shared Services Division vision and road-map to improve efficiency and effective support and compliance for the Foundation. Provide leadership, planning, project coordination and management for the development of a cost-effective division while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs. 21- Assist HR Manager in designing job descriptions and structuring compensation schemes by establishing benefits via job analysis, place job on proper grade, determine over/under paid employees and insure job satisfaction.

26- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing the conclusions in order to ensure lowest rotation of employees and achieve the Organization's objectives and policies.
27- Others:
a. Oversee the company internal system, policies and procedures.
b. Process the various transactions concerning the employee's status from recruitment, appointment, transfer, through to end of service, and ensure that personal files are up to date.
c. Capacity building and succession planning.
