1) Take care that all installation works done by subcontractors.
2) perform all the test of the BTS elements during the commissioning and integration phases.
3) Good knowledge of proper feeder routing, connectors, Labeling
4) Installation, connectivity with BTS through CPRI cable, Cascading, giving power
5) Good knowledge of site configuration and how to achieve it with minimum resources
6) Good understanding of how to coordinate with NOC, confirm slot configuration, CPRI connections, jumper connectivity
7) Provide the technical support of BSC and BTS element inside HUAWEI organization as requested. (To Project/Zone Manager and Solution Manager).
8) MICROWAVE Installation, commissioning of NEC LINK, IDU, ODU
9) working knowledge of MW Link connectivity like loop test, loop break, E1 connectivity, 1+1 link, 1+0 link
10) Good knowledge of alarms generation and removal.
11) Provide the on-hand type of training to the representatives of the Customer if requested.
12) Ensure that any part of the site folder is completed.

" Looking after Loop Testing in PCM Department.
" Looking after Link Testing.
" Coordination with NOC teams during Loop Testing and Link Testing.
