This is a Multi-Tasking position, covering the following functions:
a. Coordination & Monitoring of all Policy Holders Services matters (After Sale Service)
which include all types of Endorsements, Re-instatements, Change in Nominations,
Assignments, Transfer of ownership, claim processing, Partial Withdrawals & Final
Surrenders of policies, etc.
b. Monitoring of Persistency of all branches of North Region & providing specific
training, guidance to all Managers, DSF & Service Officers / Reps for improvement of
Persistency.
c. Handling of all Orphan Policies, Policies under Amnesty Scheme & Old Non Renewed
policies of all branches of North Region, ensuring excellent services to the clients and revenue generation for the Company.
d. Develop all Service Officers / Reps as a Core Agent and generating huge New Business from existing clients thru this team.
e. To conduct Compliance Investigations & respond to Client's complaints, queries, etc
thru e-mail, face-to-face, telephone or thru letters. Several difficult situations are being
handled & resolved every month.

Operational Activities:
- Managing a team of 35-40 Client Service Officers/Reps located in all branches of North
Region
- Handling all Orphan Policies of all branches in the region through Client Service
Officers.
- Provide excellent after sale service to all clients of the region.
- Monitoring persistency of each DSF, Manager, Branch, Zone and Region.
- Generating huge New Business thru Client Service Officers (as Core Agents of
Company, utilizing the references of orphan policies)
- Helped Company in Re-instatement of more than one year old non renewed policies,
which were ignored by active agents in all branches.


1.Boosted the persistency of the Company to a higher level (85% 2nd year & 90% 3rd
year onward) on country level.
2.Created a team of excellent Client Service Officers, who is maintaining close liaison with company's policy holders for all their after sales service needs, resulting in an efficient performance of whole company and building trust of our policy holders.
3. Developed Core Agents and generated huge New Business alongwith their duties as
CSR, making them an asset for the Company with vital contribution.
4. Generated huge revenue for the company by renewing old/non renewed policies for last
1 - 6 years.
5. Renewed major chunk of 2nd year policies of branches which they had given up under
Amnesty Scheme, helping company to recover commissions, overrides and eventually,
getting renewal premiums, too.
