Provide consultancy to operators on Project Rollout, Network Upgrades and Operations(MS) planning
Responsible for Account management, driving customer strategy and C-level relationship management for Wateen Telecom Ltd. Wateen is the first and one of the largest 4G Wimax networks in the world. I still enjoy excellent C-level relationship at Wateen, along with relationships at all critical positions. I was responsible for sales, project delivery and Managed Services as a whole.

Managed to sustain Motorola as the single RAN vendor at Wateen (during my time)
successfully sold & ran World’s first Wimax network Managed Services for 3 consecutive years
TM (Technology Manager) heads the presales team and is responsible all Post & Pre Sales technical matters. I worked closely with the Project Director to drive project successfully, providing project support, end-to-end solution architecture and initiating/developing new sales. I was jointly responsible for Sales Targets, along with the Account Director.
I was also responsible for RFP response, technical bid preparation and bid negotiations.

• Heading the Network Planning & Operations for country-wide Data & Transmission network (3.5 Million subs).
• Responsible for Bid preparation, contract negotiations, transmission network engineering and planning, integration, test plan preparation & design verification for my area of expertise.
• Working on quality (TQM / ISO 9001:2000) systems for PTML.
Project management & implementation of DSL/ATM project. This comprised of Ericsson’s ATM and Lucent’s Stinger DSLAM Network
• Marketing/Sales, designing (presales) and implementation of WAN solutions.
• Participating in tenders and making proposals.
• Implemented several satellite based WAN links for several Oil & Gas companies.
• Implemented countrywide access network for Pakistan Telecom Corp. Ltd (PTCL - PTT) & Paktel
• Designing and implementation of WAN solutions, mainly through PDL’s (Pak Datacom Ltd) fibre backbone and satellite bandwidth.
• Provided solutions and after sales support to customers. This company had a large customer base comprising mostly of Oil and Gas companies and ISPs.
