• Responsible for the overall supervision of structure and finishing works
including execution of job as per shop Drawings, inspecting formwork
and steel reinforcement.
• Plan and Design, in consultation with the Construction Manager,
earthworks, pavement, storm water drainage and associated civil
works for small jobs including roads/ streets, buildings and other civil
works projects. This may involve reviewing the work of technical
personnel engaged in the planning, survey and design.
• Attend meetings with various suppliers for material approval, maintain
quality of work, prepare and check Bill of quantities and day-to-day
follow up.
• Knowledge in Theodolite, Total Station Surveying Instruments is an
added advantage
• Maintain building material store including procurement
• Maintenance of 225 Banglows in staff colleges Quetta including allied
officers house
• Handle 150 skilled/unskilled permanent labour staff for maintenance
work
