Roles and responsibility:
1. Leading the tasks of creating RFP based on technical departments need and top management strategy.
2. Reviewing the proposed solutions from the business side
3. Communicate with all stakeholders to collect requirements and to get approvals
4. Managing meeting, reviewing progress reports, visiting project sites
5. Documenting and fowling up project activities.
6. Setting the project milestone, editing and reviewing project time and payment schedule.
7. In addition to that, i worked as PMO consultants to establish the PMO by determine the goals and strategy .Evaluate delivered projects to Create database and archive the documents. Setting PMO templets, formats and KPI’s to control running project. Support projects managers and suppliers in risk identification and problems solving

- Installing 5K nodes for network infrastructure expansion in KSU academic buildings
- converting regular classes to smart classes in Olisha girl campus
- Network rooms reorganizing in KSU main building
Running projects:
- installing VMS with 6K Indoor/ Outdoor surveillance cameras for KSU security department
- 15K nodes for network infrastructure expansion in KSU academic buildings
