Project: Al-Aweer Gas Turbine Power Station ‘H” (Phase II) (DEWA)
Job discription:
 Using AutoCAD 2006 to Make:
 Preparation of Architectural detailed drawings.
 Preparation of Structural Detailed drawings
 Prepair FCN (Field Change Notes) draeings
 Prepairing of As Built Drawings as per site.
 Follow up the final As Built drawings till approval of client.
 Rectifying punch point from client with the support of sub-Contractor Checking site activities and reporting to Site Manager for scheduling and progress.
 Preparing Services (Underground and above ground) Layout and details with coordination of Electro-Mechanical department (Fire fighting Cable Tunnels, Cable Duct banks, Pipe trenches and Pipe Racks).
 Modification and alteration in Concrete and steel structure as per mechanical and electrical requirement.
Controlling X-Reference regarding overall project.
 Preparing As-built drawing as per site mark-up.

Job Responsibilities:

 Preparation of Architectural & Structural detailed drawings for site work.
 Incorporating Field Change Notes in contract drawings.
 Drawing modifications as per site requirment.
 Preparation of detialed drawings for change order and its quantification.
 Prepairing of As Built Drawings as per actual site execution.
 Estimation of quantity as per designe drawings for porject planning and estimation purpose.
 Prepration of invoices and claims on monthly basis, coordination with engineering and higher management for verification of invoice and claim.
 Dealing with technical issues related to contract and change order drawings.
 Assisting sub-contractors on project detailed drawings.
