Manage all activities related to the division.
Provide a vision and strategic direction for the division.
Study customers’ needs and provide proposed solutions.
Provide technical and pre-sales consultancy for the sales division.
Develop and refine technical and functional specifications.
Meet weekly with the projects manager to set priorities, make decisions, and coordinate efforts.
Build a sense of teamwork and cooperation within the division.
Hire additional programmers/web developers.
Write job descriptions, develop selection criteria and write interview questions.
Develop training programs for new employees.
Manage multiple project teams \[Web Designers, Web Developers, and Multimedia\].
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Gathering Client’s requirements.
Manage interactive technology projects from concept to production.
Contribute to the high-level strategic direction, vision and scope of multiple projects.
Work closely with information architects, programmers, content developers and graphic designers to implement project requirements.
Plan and facilitate client and team meetings and work sessions, including QA project review.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Manage, lead, or administer project resources.
Monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk.
Make improvements, solve problems, and take corrective action when problems arise.
Give presentations, and briefing on all aspects of the project.
Participate in phase, milestone, and final project reviews.
Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Track and report project status, team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
