KeyAccomplishments:
• In charge of channels. (Whole sale, Modern Trade, Pharmacy, Retail & Van sales).
• Building up relationships with key customers to make sure the optimum growth. Personally, handling Key customers.
• In charge of coordinating people and resources for delivering on volume, sales and profitability objectives by brand and channel. also having day-to-day responsibility for the company's marketing programs in a specific territory.
• Develop & establish a strategic partnership / JBP with Key Customers to further expand and penetrate the full range of products portfolio into the KSA market.
• Ensure on timely execution & implementation of marketing activities & initiatives at the trade level.
• Evaluate the services and products of all the competitors and make our action plan According to the trade requirement.
• Overall focusing on all major factors of growth i.e., planning, organizing, recruiting, delegating, supervising, evaluating and reporting.
• Manage and control stock position with distributors and prepare primary orders.
• Control secondary sales required monthly target to achieve with distributor.
• Plan monthly activity as of market demand time to time follow competitor's activities.
