Manage the implementation and delivery of IoT and AVL projects.
Executed projects up to date are:
1. Tracking of Saudi Aramco hauling trucks including (72) companies with about (2, 000) trucks
2. Vehicles tracking project for Saudi Arabia Ministry of Labor (MOL) including (4, 000) vehicles
3. Vehicles tracking project for Saudi Arabia General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) including (1, 500) vehicles
* Manage and control the delivery of CMS (Card Management System) project for Saudi Aramco company implemented by HID® Company. The Project had one software deliverable, delivery of (120) Fargo® HDP8500 card printers, one year software maintenance contract and three years printers maintenance contract.
* Working as SPOC from Almaalim company as a partner to manager and control the maintenance work of Card Management system and Fargo HDP8500 printers between Saudi Aramco and HID® company.
* Manage and control an one year maintenance contract for Saudi Commission of Survey for MPR FAAC® access control gates and Morpho® J-Dual fingerprint devices including monthly preventive maintenance visits plus on call requested visits.
* Manage and control working team (subordinates) for daily customers working orders such as software installation, printers maintenance and trainings.
* Manage and control the implementation and delivery of radio and transmission projects for GSM new rollout and upgrade sites (2G, 3G, WRAN) starting from sites planning going through executing, monitoring and control and closure.
* Working as SPOC between MTN technical team and vendors (planning & operation)
* Supervise and control the implementation of radio and transmission projects for GSM new rollout and upgrade sites, BSCs and RNCs (2G - 3G - WCDMA) starting from radio and transmission planning going through sites survey, materials withdrawal from warehouse, on site implantation, quality assurance and control, scope verification and closure.
* Working as SPOC between MTN technical team and subcontractors
* Commissioning for new radio base stations (Ericsson - Huawei)
* Commissioning for new microwave links (Ericsson - Alcatel)
* Interconnecting new sites with BSC
* Sites migration from BSC to another one
* Sites migration from microwave link to another one
