▪ Responsible for managing the Package schedule from a planning and scheduling perspective
▪ Lead the efforts in the detailed review of the CONTRACTOR’s baseline schedule submission, and ensures that all the contract requirements are met before approval.
▪ Review the CONTRACTOR’s Progress Measurement System reports and ensures that the CONTRACTOR issues them on time and to the required standards as laid in the procedure.
▪ Review the CONTRACTOR’s weekly schedule update for schedule integrity and critical path analysis.
