Pakistan. Where it will be hiring 80 new staff within one month time for accomplishment of project and 160
more staff in the proceeding time. Furthermore, there is need to compile and make a database of Job
Descriptions for all designations of EU project. Conducting test and interviews for positions, making
decision along with hiring supervisors and collection of documents, and helping HR Department in preparation of database and completion of personal files. Recruitment Consultant will help HR
Department according to the following ToR's.
• Compilation of Job Descriptions for all positions mentioned in EU Project Organogram, along with
Coordinators / HR Coordinator. Maintenance of separate Database of Job Descriptions for all positions in different folders. Preparation of Advertisements on proper format. Timely and effectively advertisement on
Brightspyre and Local Newspapers. Short-listing along with respective hiring supervisors. Schedule and conduct Test / Interviews with hiring Supervisors. Timely intimation of decision on hiring to HR
Coordinator for employment contracts. Collection and filling of required Documents and forms from hired
staff. Proper dispatch of completed HR Files to Islamabad for validation and staff filing.

Baluchistan, and extended its operation in two (2) District in South (Badin & Mirpur Khas) by establishing
Field Bases at all District Headquarter & I did manage the operation by establishing eight (8) Field Bases
