Ensure proper implementation of CMAM Project designed activities
Ensure that program implementation follows the defined strategies and methodologies
Guide and supervise field personnel (Nutrition Assistants, Health & Nutrition Educators, Community Nutrition supervisors and community nutrition promoters) in community based CMAM methodologies.
Actively participate in the improvement and strengthening of CMAM strategies and methodologies
Ensure proper management and monitoring of the project cycle in the assigned area
Ensure expanded community mobilization strategies to maximum involvement of the target population through village and UC level community committee formation.
Assist in the nutrition coordinator in monitoring and reporting of activities
Assist the development of training curriculum and materials.
Facilitate relevant trainings to field staff and community members targeted by the project.
Collect data from the field and consolidate them in weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports
Ensure close coordination between all stakeholders, as and when requested by Program Coordination

• To lead early recovery program team to achieve the expected objectives, in line with CMAM policy and agreed standards (as per approved project plans).
• To ensure all team are working properly according the protocol on a timely, transparent and accountably manor.

• To coordinate with CMAM local partners and other agencies, advise and make necessary recommendations to the CMAM Coordinator and the project tree
• To represent CMAM in meetings with government or other NGOs whenever requested.
• To prepare weekly, biweekly and monthly situation reports and other project progress reports as required by PC and the donor.
• To continue with the work of capacity building to the community structures.
• To take on any roles assigned by the Team leader.

I have worked as livelihood officer in Relief international with the responsibility to oversee implementation of livelihood project and activities. Facilitate exchange of information, Compilation of data for reports, Provision of technical training to beneficiaries and staff. In consulting with Program Manager, prepare, review project work plans and activity budgets for better response to the need of project.
 Design Livelihood activities for the economic benefit of flood affected families.
 Overall responsible to ensure that programs meets define objectives and achieves set targets.

 Represent Ri to relevant clusters, agencies and ministries on food security and livelihoods issues, as and when required.
