Ensure proper implementation of CMAM Project designed activities
Ensure that program implementation follows the defined strategies and methodologies
Guide and supervise field personnel (Nutrition Assistants, Health & Nutrition Educators, Community Nutrition supervisors and community nutrition promoters) in community based CMAM methodologies.
Actively participate in the improvement and strengthening of CMAM strategies and methodologies
Ensure proper management and monitoring of the project cycle in the assigned area
Ensure expanded community mobilization strategies to maximum involvement of the target population through village and UC level community committee formation.
Assist in the nutrition coordinator in monitoring and reporting of activities
Assist the development of training curriculum and materials.
Facilitate relevant trainings to field staff and community members targeted by the project.
Collect data from the field and consolidate them in weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports
Ensure close coordination between all stakeholders, as and when requested by Program Coordination
Assist and facilitate in Project periodic Reporting
• To lead early recovery program team to achieve the expected objectives, in line with CMAM policy and agreed standards (as per approved project plans).
• To ensure all team are working properly according the protocol on a timely, transparent and accountably manor.
• To manage, support, coordinate and appraise CMAM early recovery staff appropriately, effectively and according to policy and procedures to increase understanding and build capacity on Nutritional issues within the team and with partners where necessary.
• To encourage mainstreaming of gender into malnutrition in early recovery programming by Increasing knowledge of the staff, community structures and beneficiary communities through trainings/awareness raising activities and incorporating gender data in program monitoring and design.
• To gather and manage program information effectively, ensuring accurate, easily accessible records maintenance and filing by program team members.
• In collaboration with the project team, to monitor the impact of our work on the people.
• To coordinate with CMAM local partners and other agencies, advise and make necessary recommendations to the CMAM Coordinator and the project tree
• To represent CMAM in meetings with government or other NGOs whenever requested.
• To prepare weekly, biweekly and monthly situation reports and other project progress reports as required by PC and the donor.
• To continue with the work of capacity building to the community structures.
• To take on any roles assigned by the Team leader.
I have worked as livelihood officer in Relief international with the responsibility to oversee implementation of livelihood project and activities. Facilitate exchange of information, Compilation of data for reports, Provision of technical training to beneficiaries and staff. In consulting with Program Manager, prepare, review project work plans and activity budgets for better response to the need of project.
Design Livelihood activities for the economic benefit of flood affected families.
Overall responsible to ensure that programs meets define objectives and achieves set targets.
Ensure ARC Livelihoods programs demonstrate adherence to Sphere and other humanitarian standards.
Formation of livelihood committees and to carry out community mobilization process.
Ensure project sustainability by involving them in the process through participation.
To keep strong linkages with other stockholders and relevant for close coordination and avoid replication of same activities.
Lead assessment process, including planning and reporting, to determine Livelihood needs and respond them within the project budget lines.
Ensure technical quality and accuracy of Livelihood program reports.
Conduct regular field visits to verify quality/ progress of Livelihood program interventions provide technical guidance and advices.
Ensure, development of detailed and technical program work plan and support its implementation in coordination with Program Manager;
Ensure beneficiaries capacity building during Livelihoods program interventions.
Strong coordination with partners and other stakeholders on assessment, program design, implementation and evaluation of the Livelihood program.
Represent Ri to relevant clusters, agencies and ministries on food security and livelihoods issues, as and when required.
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Sets up Adult Literacy Centers in local communities providing basic literacy skills to the individuals (especially women) in the age group of 11-45, who were either never enrolled before or dropped out of school before acquiring literacy skills.
The syllabus and textbooks are designed for easy learning and functionality, thereby enhancing retention. Communities are mobilized to provide space as well as the teachers. Women are encouraged particularly to join these centers.

Task / Duties:
Data collection & Analysis data collection report. Categorize child protection cases and present to UNHCR high official authorities with our own recommend solution and identification of vulnerable children and keep them busy in different game. Find out activist children, created confidence building in activist children & utilize their abilities in various kind of information and inquires. Created role models in children. Organization Sports Committees. Facilitated Sports Committee to arrange the tournaments.Mobilized community and ensured participation of community, in the community Developmental activities.Organized child to Child Groups & build their capacity through trainings & fictionalized them .
