Major Responsibilities;
-To educated the customer about Islamic Banking and modes of Islamic financing.
-Recommending Credit Facilities for SE, ME & COMMERCIAL clients as per Islamic Bank’s Policy, PDSC (Shariah)& Credit parameters in view of client’s financials and credibility.
-To maintain healthy relationship with existing clients, introducing new clients from the market and keeping liaison with different departments for smooth operation of accounts like Regional officer, CAD, CBD HOK & PDSC HOK.
-Performing Pre & Post disbursement functions including Processing of fresh & renewal cases, documentation completions, fulfillment of approval conditions.
-Maintain MIS report of declaration of Murahaba transactions and their adjustments as per their maturities follow up of Tajarah transactions and their adjustment after sale of goods and prompt GRN in Istisna Transactions and ensuring their adjustments well in time.
-Timely adjustment of Murahaba, Tajarah & Istasna transactions as per maturities.
-Monitoring of pledge sites & hypo based lines and also formulate reports (Daily & monthly).
-Obtain pre mortgage legal opinion and post mortgage legal opinion by legal division and ensure compliance as per their guidelines for perfection of securities to minimize the bank risk.
-To commence of credit initiation process by gathering information and drafting credit proposals, to ensure credit decision making is in line with credit policies, SBP, Prudential Regulations and overall business objectives.
-To prepare credit approvals for customer by ensuring credit applications are correctly prepared in accordance with the bank’s policies with Compliance of Shariah department of MBL .
- To ensure there is no security shortfall and the credit proposal is complete for disbursement of all finances as per credit manual / circulars as per directives of PDSC HOK.
-Timely preparation & submission of all required credit statements& related data to improve the credit process and provide marketing support to credit to regional officer.
Major Responsibilities;
-Develop fresh customer relation and also maintain strong relation with the existing customer.
-Monitoring of pledge & hypo based lines and also formulate reports(Daily & monthly)
-Responsible for completion of pre & post finance documents in light of company ordinance, partnership act & internal organizational requirement.
-Negotiate with the SME and corporate customer for collect the deposit and giving the best feature credit products to satisfy the customer.
-To collect securities/charge documents from the customer.
-All Types of Advances Related correspondence with head office and clients.
-Reporting To Credit Information Bureau on Monthly Basis.
-Complete all formalities to obtain DAC letter.
