As an Architectural Engineer, my work primarily focuses on architectural design within the commercial building sector. With three years of experience in the field, I have been involved in designing various commercial complexes such as shopping malls, enclosed markets, and hotels. Additionally, I have participated in the design of hospitals and medical complexes, having completed over 10 projects with a minimum area of 7, 000 square meters. One of my key responsibilities is obtaining government licenses and permits for these projects.
I am also currently involved in the role of the Architecture Of Record (AoR) for projects such as "Rua Al Madina Holding" and the "King Abdullah Financial District KAFD." In this capacity, I can provide the necessary data, from doing presentations also providing project road maps, and stakeholder mapping to project consultants. I possess excellent proficiency in official English email communication, allowing me to effectively monitor project progress, write correspondence, and issue project initiation orders. Furthermore, I excel in verbal communication, enabling me to interact with officials and stakeholders confidently.
Overall, my role as an Architectural Engineer involves designing commercial buildings, managing government licensing processes, collaborating with consultants, providing project data, and ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
