• Ensure Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials. Resolve any legal issues pertaining to transportation/distribution.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles.
• Using the latest tracking software to document, control the itinerary of all vehicles.
• Responsible for guiding all operations activities in well-organized manner & confirm that services are provided with high quality in order to meet customers' needs and achieve their satisfaction. Also in charge of ensuring that all staff members are adequately trained and skilled to deliver the qualitative service that is expected of them.
• Managing the transportation operations which include supervising drivers, dispatching, routing and/or planning to ensure safe, timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Oversee the daily activities of all tourism tours and transfers in UAE.
• Ensure efficient transportation planning and scheduling of drivers and deliveries to maximize resources, reduce miles and ensure efficient utilization of vehicles and drivers within the assigned location(s).
• Operate terminal efficiently by analyzing operating costs, equipment utilization, and fuel mileage and driver wages.
• Ensure drivers and terminal personnel adhere to established regulation and safety standards.
• Preparing the budgets for fleets both capital requests and normal fleet operations budget to include manpower, tooling, forecasting repairs and other ancillary expenses.
• Set the Preventive Maintenance Plan for all the vehicles, and ensure that all vehicles kept in a well conditions and appearance all the times.
• Manage the logistics requirement for the collection, transport and sale of products.
• Put in place appropriate plan for the transport and storage of all the materials.
• Manage the logistics requirement for the physical supply of materials, assets, components and consumables to place of need.
• Develop and maintain an effective working relationship with warehouse team, managed freight and/or customers; work with various contacts as necessary on schedules, changes to pick-up or delivery schedules or any transportation related issues/concerns.
• Managing existing supplier portfolio including monitoring suppliers’ performance and proactively identifying and managing risks related to the suppliers.
• Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to company warehouses.
• Manage, coordinate and supervise promoters on marketing field.
• Provide coaching and training for promoters, assist them in the implementation of promotional campaigns and monitor their performance and development.
• Supervising processes for providing customer services, and ensure meeting quality standards for services.
• Resolve clients complains regarding promotional campaigns.
• Manage the project risks and issues.
• Participation in putting the detailed scripts of events and then ensure those events happen as planned for every venue and report it to the management.
• Supervising and managing setting of visibility for events.
