In charge and responsible for the Business Development, Projects Tendering & Packaging, establishing strong and successful
relationships, connecting with all internal & external parties required in delivering tenders, qualifying the right Consultants, Main
Contractors, Subcontractors & Suppliers and shortlisting them based on quality and budget. Preparing & managing tenders
commercially and technically till awarding.

* Increased the department efficiency by leading the tendering team & sharing responsibilities between the members.
* Handled the Procurement of Consultants, Contractors & Subcontractors as per Company Policies & Procedures:

Contractors, Subcontractors and Suppliers and developed guidelines for obtaining high qualification scores on tenders of
exclusive customers.
Delivered complete developments and projects in UAE (AED 100M ~ 1B):
- Meydan District 1 (4 Phases), total of 68 midrise buildings.
- Meydan District 7 (4 Phases), total of 105 mixed low, mid and high rise buildings.
- Meydan Avenue (4 Plots), low rise buildings
- Studio City (2 Plots), low rise buildings.
- Villas & Townhouses community, over 4000 unit.
Development/Client background responsible of performing the coordination of budgeting, estimation and
tendering (Fast track tenders/ 2 Stages, Lump sum) mega developments in all stages (Pre concept - Concept - Schematic & Detailed
Design) that consist of phases and projects on a scale of Billions AED, in addition to providing benchmark and developments analysis,
indicative cost models and key design characteristics in additional to value engineering.
Estimation Engineer from main contracting background responsible for receiving, studying, evaluating, pricing and ultimately developing qualified estimates while working with various individuals inside and outside the organization in the course of planning,
technical engineers and the rest of the team in order to secure projects and win tenders.
