•Respond back to the customer complaints and coach the team to cope up with the customer needs.
•Achievement of sales targets monthly and yearly of all SKUs.
•Visiting distributors and markets to ensure the proper implementation of systems and to ensure quality services.
•Planning, development and forecasting for Local and International Modern Trade Business.
•Relationship Management: Building and strengthening key relationships with local Key Accounts customers.
•Distributor operations Management: Interacting and managing distributors and distributor staff for optimum servicing of local accounts including priority supplies and credit.
•Special assiment on B to B Bussines for Induesterial sales.
