- Developed four modules on data literacy & data journalism for newsrooms & media institutes with Google, reaching over 50, 000 journalists.
- Development of Kruxd - building the product as a single window access to global health data, from concept to product design, frontend UI/UX, to daily workflow & content on the platform.
- Curated the Health of India Summit Series, featuring 2000+ participants and 50+ speakers across eight virtual editions in 2021, and an on-ground summit in 2022.
- Conducted training for journalists, media educators, & students across India on data journalism, its tools & approaches - data sourcing, extraction, verification, & visualisation.
- Introduced data-driven storytelling as a regular feature in editorial plan for Health Analytics Asia.
- Coordinated on hosting phd Misinformation in Medicine Summit 2020 with Google APAC.

- Research contributed to 2 journal papers, & a patent under the institute’s name.
- Model development for thermal behaviour of houses & domestic environments, followed by testing & validation with datasets containing over 10, 000 datapoints for a single house.
- Development of advanced predictive control algorithm for requisite heating with efficient energy consumption, with an estimated reduction in annual energy bills by over €500/-.
- Part of a wider project supported by the Dutch government on redevelopment of public housing.
- Study of the mechatronic process in a steel production plant, including development of physics based models.
- Testing & validation of the model with five-month production data of 36, 000 steel strips.
- Development of predictive control algorithms to minimize curvature on steel strips along the production line
- Simulations of proposed control systems estimated an average reduction in annual production cost by €120M.
Four terms of studies, followed by the thesis project. Study modules included a project with Bosch Thermotechniek. The thesis project was carried out at the R&D of Tata Steel Europe, in IJmuiden.
This was a four-year course comprising of 8 semesters of studies. Semesters 1 & 2 were fundamental and common to all engineering streams. During the course of the program, I was a member of collegiate groups of IETE & IEEE. My final year dissertation was on Magnetoresistive RAM, successful in putting forth an appreciable contribution. The work provided a foundation for further studies & research for students.
