•Groom and support leaders in resolving people-related issues to create a culture of employee engagement and translate people's agenda to develop business.
•Set up annual human capital and recruitment needs on different levels (diversity, values, competency, the potential to grow, induction, etc.)
•Work on performance management cycle to ensure quality, transparency, and fairness including a new way of mid-year review and quality survey.
•Develop major HR processes like Performance Management, Employee Satisfaction Survey, Improvement Projects, Learning & Competence Development (L&CD), Career Development, Employee Communication, and Legal and Statutory compliance.

•Managed HR and administrative aspects for labor-level employees encompassing recruitment, induction, endorsement to requesting department, performance evaluation, termination or resignation, and repatriation.

•Assessed and checked the official documents (Visa, Permits, Car license application, Health documents, etc.) for approval for further processing.
•Coordinated with government regulating bodies to ensure that the company complies with all rules and regulations app licable to the company.
•Processed applications for visas, work permits, residence permits, identity cards, etc.) of employees and their dependents, as well as visitors.
•Represented the Company at the Governmental bodies, Law Cases, etc., and Tackled any pending issues related to the Company at any government organization.
