Administering System Center Service Manager:
Configuring, customizing, enhancing and supporting
implementation of (SCSM). Used to manage IT staff workloads,
support requests, problem resolution, and change control.
Administering System Center Configurations Manager:
Create and manage application deployment. Manage deployment
of all patches, critical updates and service packs on a timely basis.
Maintain ongoing communications with support teams regarding

Manages the Data Center and computer host systems including hardware,
software and equipment.
Evaluate new system hardware and software solutions.
Manage the provision of proactive and reactive support, ensuring strategic
and tactical objectives are aligned.
