 Preparation & review of PQP, Method statements, ITP, Checklist, Red line drawings as per site condition, submittal, RFI, MIR followed by PQP and maintaining the Project Quality Index criteria for HVAC/Plumbing/Fire fighting/Drainage/Pump Houses/Utilities etc
 Reviewing the design drawing as per contractual requirements and submitting for further approval with clients
 Supervise and manage QC Inspectors, RFI, MIR of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ducts, Chilled water piping, AHU, FCU, Chiller, Packaged units, Fans, VRV units as per approved IFC
 Inspection for installation & Testing of Sprinkler system, FM 200, CO2 system, Water tank, Piping, FHC, FCVA, FACP, FIRE PUMPS, Extinguishers
 Monitor the QA (Quality Assurance) for various activities at site e.g. document controller, stores, to verify its compliance to the company policies and procedures.
 Testing & commissioning of HVAC systems, Chilled and Hot water balancing, Duct Air balancing, Chemical Flushing of Piping, Chlorination
 Participate in the Internal Audit process as per the plan approved from corporate QHSE department

 Handled 380/132kV substation project for monitoring of Fire system & Hvac systems, Eot cranes strictly adhered with Saudi electricity company PTS & standards
 Execution of project with Quality assurance and commitments, verifying and adopting, applying the Quality manuals, MS, ITP, Quality procedures at sites
 Daily checking the Main contractors work quality and the the tools being used during installation.
 Attending and witnessing site inspections as per RFI, RMI(Request for material inspection) as per SEC standard.
 Preparation of progress and work quality report of Contractor and updating the upper management.
 Attending visit & meeting with the ISD team and follow up for the given punch-list for Energization clearance.
 Ensuring that responses are complete and in compliance with the contract documents. Where problems found, work with project engineer to resolve etc.
 Status of pending equipment for commissioning making Punch list attending meetings with the management to discuss EHS issues, Liaising the site visit with higher management and highlighting the area of priority.
 Audit inspections for conformity to contract documents and contractor submittal plan.
 Interact with the project team in Quality requirements.
 Ensure strict implementation of all Quality Assurance policies & procedures.
 Ensure uniformity of design practices and standards throughout project execution.
 Change order preparation and handling and establish methods to control changes in a project.

 Conduct Quality Control checks at site and ensure that the works fully comply with approved drawings and specifications
 Verify that only the latest and approved versions of Drawings, Method Statements, ITP's are used at site
 Assist in developing and reviewing Installation Inspection Check Lists and Inspection & Test Plans
 Raise and coordinate the closure of NCR's in a timely manner
 Ensure that approved Method Statements and Work Instructions are fully followed at site
 Assist in controlling the works of subcontractors to ensure compliance to project specifications
 Conduct Root Cause Analysis to support the resolution of problems faced at site
 Ensure effective Readiness at site to support successful T&C
 Produce and submit Daily Progress Reports, and highlight any risks as appropriate
 Conduct Quality related training for subcontractors and suppliers
 Prior to submit the RFI to consultant, doing Pre-inspection with MSS and approved IFC and issuing site observation report to site management to minimise the non-conformity and rejections
 Assist the QA/QC manager in overall quality control of the site, provide advice & suggestion to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target with respect to quality issues & ISO 9001:2008.
 Ensure that all ingredients and packaging materials issued by Materials department to Production are of correct specifications and free of contaminant.
 Review QC inspections’ reports on a daily basis and take all Preventive or Corrective actions in areas that show deviations from quality standards.
 Targeting the approval and acceptance for all inspection and testing required from consultant or third party.
 Focusing the site activities to minimise the NNC or NCR
 Strictly taking part of all site safety guidelines

Supervising the Installation of Fire water Pipings, Fire pumps, Firehydrants Fire hose cabinets with extinguishers etc
Supervising the all types of fire fighting sytems included, Foam, spray and preaction
Supervising the Fire detection and Alarm system, FM 200 and other suppression systems
Also looking the FACP configuration with related Team
VERMIDUCT (by LAAF group AUSTRALIA), A four hour Fire rated, thermal insulation sound absorptive material applied on air handling ductwork with 25mm thickness on 12000sqm.
Applied appropriate meshing, pinning on Air handling ducts on 12000sqm.
Installation of fire dampers on fire rated ducts.
Proper handling with PUTZMEISTER spray machines, compressors.
Efficiently manage, supervise & monitor the project independently.
Studying Engineering drawings and preparing bill of materials.
Receiving materials at site.
Checking the specifications and quantity of the materials are as per requirement.
Coordinating with the associates/vendors for the timely completion of the job on day to day basis as per key dates set in discussion with the station manager.
Preparing material fore cast to work flow.
Contracting with other fellow contractors and taking clearance required from them to maintain work flow.
Ensuring that the attendance register is maintained at day to day basis.
Checking the measurement with client.

 Fabrication, Installation & Insulation of the Air-ducts.
 Installation of the AHU, fan Coil Unit, fabrication, Installation, Insulation of the Chilled Waterline from the plant room up to AHU.
 Installation of the fresh water, chilled water and condenser water pumps.
 Checking of drawings.
 To take measurement of ducting, piping with clients and also look for billing.
 To monitoring the manpower also take better team work and quality of work.
 To fulfill the requirement of the client also attend meeting with client engineers and contractors.
 Efficiently manage, supervise & monitor the project independently.
 Receiving materials on site.
 Prepare progress & accomplishment reports to be used by project manager & client on regular meetings.
 Prepare the list of pending point of final testing and appoint the technician to complete the pending point.
