 Production and implementation of project specific “Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)” in line with project specifications.
 Preparation and submission of Work Inspection Request, Material Inspection Request, Material Submittal, Method Statement, corresponding QA/ QC logs and liaise with consultants for the approval of the submittals.
 Inspecting of DLC and subcontractors work on site and present the report to the consultant for approval.
 Identifying non-conformances and taking preventive and corrective actions.
 Assisting as necessary the engineering department in the evaluation and correction of specific quality control problems and issues.
 Inspection of supplier’s/ subcontractors factories/ workshops to check quality before the material is delivered to site as required.
 Closing out of the NCR’s in conjunction with site team. Provide training to site engineer, foreman and labor on quality matters.
 Inspection of site filing system and ensuring all QA documents are using as per company procedures.
 Identifying non quality trends and advised the site engineers and foreman for resolutions.
 Verifying the quality-related site activities are in accordance with consultant/ client requirements.
 Working with lab coordinator for conducting tests as per project specification.
 Monitoring the progress of work and reporting the status of completion of the official inspection such as accepted, rejected, postponed or cancelled to the respective Project Manager.
 Performing all other duties as assigned by QA/ QC Manager and Project Manager.

 Responsible to implement, monitor and document the QA/ QC activities as per established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) narrated in the Project QA/ QC Plan.
 Conduct random inspections, monitor the required tests and record Inspections and tests made as per the Project QA/ QC Plan and Client Specifications and attainment of quality requirement.
 Ensuring that all materials and equipment incorporated into permanent construction are in compliance with the contract requirements. Ensure that Engineers approval and/ or the required factory compliance certificates have been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site.
 Coordinating with Site Laboratory and Independent Testing Agencies to ensure that all requisite test as per Project Specifications are conducted and the reporting is properly done.
 Raising Non Conformance Report (NCR) and Site Observation Reports (SOR), for the activities which are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal construction industry practices and to appraise the senior/ Project QA/ QC Engineer.
 Ensuring that the issue, amendment and recall of Controlled Documents and other essential records are done in conformance with the ACC Quality System, the current ISO 9001 standard and the project QA/ QC Plan.
 Attend the site QA/ QC meeting with the project management and subcontractors.
 Assist the Senior/ Project QA/ QC Engineer in the documentation, maintenance and submission of Contract Test Packages.
 Conduct internal Audits as per the Audit Schedule prepared by the QA/ QC Manager/ Project QA/ QC Engineer. Prepare audit reports and raise NCR's and observations (if required) and follow up the close out of NCR's and observations.
 Performing all activities in compliance with the company Health, Safety & Environmental Management System (HSEMS) and the assigned specific responsibilities.
 Complying with and implement the local laws and Client requirements related to Health, Safety and Environmental aspects at workplace at as per the bestowed authority and responsibilities.
 Be responsible for own and subordinates' wellbeing and the wellbeing of the environment.
 Co-ordinate the document control of technical submittals, drawings etc. with office engineers and to ensure that QA/ QC validation has been done, for the issue, amendment and recall of controlled documents.
 Supervising and coordinating with inspectors to ensure works are appropriately monitored.
 Liaising with Key Stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover of landscape assets on completion of works.
 Providing landscape input to weekly / monthly reports to the consultant.
 Ensuring the timely prepare and review of all documents before submit to the consultant.
 Informing the Senior Landscape Architect of any potential delays in the project completion or milestones.
 Participating in all site safety training and complying with all site safety protocols.
 Providing all necessary on-site direction and issuing site instructions for landscaping, irrigation and associated items.
 Checking and measuring the performed work in line of work, record and help the Engineer to display progress vs programmed work.
 Ensuring correctness and completeness of ‘as-built’ drawings within line of work.

 Monitor the Construction Activities to ensure that activities are as per approved Materials, Shop Drawing, and Method Statements and Project Specification.
 To conduct inspection, arrange sampling; monitor the required test and record inspections and tests as per the requirements.
 Establishes system for Inspection and testing of all incoming materials to ensure material conformity and also and control materials as per the quality requirement.
 Ensure that Engineer’s approval and/or the required factory or supplier compliance certificates have been obtained upon delivery of available material at the project site.
 Controls the document and data control system.
 Monitor and identifies all good and non-conforming materials by proper tagging/labeling.
 Inform the QA/QC Engineer/Manager to Raise Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and Field Observation Notice (FON), once the activities are deviated from the Contract Specifications or normal practice and the follow up of the same.
 To assist the authorized personnel, ensuring that the equipments are calibrated and are checked for accuracy as per the Calibration Schedule.
 Responsible for Preparation of Material Inspection Request to Consultant.
 Responsible for preparation of work inspection request to consultant.
 Responsible for prepare, verifying and submit all test result to the consultant.
 Liaison with the consultant and proposing improvement measures.
