Key Result Areas: Project Management:
●Developing project baselines;
●monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost,
●Resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
●Monitoring the safety aspects and their proper follow-up by construction contractor.
●Developing project plans with forecasts, estimates, and resource assignments
●Analyzing & approving Project Management Plan for various project submitted by Project Management Consultants in coordination with the Main Contractor Techno Commercial Operations & Contracts Management
●Fixing Budget parameters of projects and monitoring the same to ensure necessary permissions as per the organization guide lines.
●Scrutinizing of contract documents for reviewing technical specifications, estimates, review of tenders and evaluations of day-to-day activities.
●Evaluating & executing (Sub) Contracting Works as well as negotiation, award and review of (Sub) Contracts as per contract regimes.
●Interpreting contractual conditions & obligation and evaluation of Technical / Financial problems for Management reporting Site & Construction Management
●Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource
●Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
●Formulating & implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards during all the stages of project. Quality Assurance
●Monitoring adherence to quality systems & comply with ISO / TS quality standards and Environmental & safety standards along with maintaining the requisite documents.
●Implementing quality systems in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products Team Interaction/ Collaboration/ Facilitation
●Interacting and collaborating with Project Management Consultants on topics related to progress and claims during the progress of project, and so on
●Facilitating the Contracts Team in preparation of budget for the financial year in coordination with the Project Team (Project Management Consultant), Company Regulatory, Finance, Sales & Marketing Teams
●Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (designers & engineers).
●Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances. Previous Experience
