Work Description:
• Consultation, guidance, monitoring, and support to provide first-class service to Multi-disciplined soft services lines and the requirements of the client as per SLAs.
• Auding on LEED requirements and developing sustainability criteria.
• Auditing and reporting service providers activities physically and through the IBM-TRIRIGA software system.
• Coordinates with relevant sections for timely and efficient service provision of all assigned building systems.
• Coordinates closely with client/help desk personnel to identify soft service needs and actions as appropriate.
• Provide documentation/coordination support for the procurement, deployment, and mobilization of additional works.
• Acts as custodian for all equipment, tools, stock, etc. as per company safety standards.
