Construction of AMAN HOSPITAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (ONE OF THE LUXURIOS HOSPITAL IN QATAR).



Under the supervision of the Construction Manager, I am responsible for monitoring the Construction Work.

Supervision of Structure work (Concrete, Formwork and Steel) & finishing work (Fit out Project).

Reviewing material submittals, Method statements and ITP’s (Inspection Test Plan) to ensure that the standards are met.

Following all standard codes of construction and check the work as per specification and design standards.

Inspection of all the civil work with consultant

Maintaining proper quality as per specification and standard codes.



Finishing & Fit out Work

In Finishing ---Aerated Block Fixing, Plaster Work, Floor Screed, Painting, Waterproofing (Wet Area, External & Roof), Fire Sealants Application,

Gypsum Wall Installation.

Tiles & Marble, Doors/Windows Installation.

Railings Work.

Civil Clearance for QCD work (Qatar civil Defense)

ARAMCO Construction Projects - Jubail (TIE-INNS AND WELLHEAD PROJECTS & OHPL)

Managed civil works including excavation, foundations (precast & cast-in-situ), coating, painting, and backfilling.

Managed daily construction activities, manpower planning, and work sequencing under the Project Manager.

Coordinated with consultants for inspections, approvals, and work clearances.

Proper MEP coordination during work and giving & getting clearances for mechanical and electrical execution work.

Managed pipeline foundation works in Yanbu and maintenance works at YASREF Refinery.
