Project Coordinator / Project Engineer
Real-time coordination collaboration to domain manager/owner, teams and key stakeholders.
Process and organize access requirements, permits and other documents for site completion
Monitor and manage 16-20 ground teams.
Provide assistance to Project Manager.
Create a daily progress report.
Create Databases in Microsoft Excel using basic formulation such as V-lookups, Index and match, If-else-then, Nested IF, Sum Product and create Graphical Charts for reporting.
Document Controller, Printing, Storing, Coordinating and collecting documents such as Building Permit, Occupancy permit, As-Builts, Contracts, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) and other documents required by Law


Project Manager (Agile Methodology)
Handles, Monitor and Lead 16-20 teams simultaneously for MSAN and wireless tower construction projects (Completed Project Universe, MSAN Projects and Wireless) Ground up, Permit Processing, Handover to Operations.
Create Team Schedules and Liquidation Reports.
Assist Project Domain Manager/Owner in dispatching and coordination.
Interpret, analyze and implement CAD drawings based on client specifications
Strategize and plan complex requirements of sites.
Process review and prepare Project Contracts, Bill of quantities, Billings and Liquidations, Collections.
