• Drafting various graphics like Pie & Bar charts and S-curve in Excel files
• Looking after business documents including Updating the actuals (Actual Progress %, ES, EF) the construction schedule like level-IV based on level-III master in Primavera P6 (Version 8.2).
• Assessing the progress report generating by contractor on daily, weekly & monthly basis to ascertain true progress and to provide warnings about negative trends to Project Management Team
• Responsible for delivering presentations and preparation of tabular reports (Weekly, Monthly)
• letters, agendas and timetables to provide support to the Project Control Department Team for streamlining operations
• Involved in preparation & updation of:
o Pre-commissioning & commissioning of PMS activities on weekly basis
o Productivity rate for construction level details
o Manpower and Equipment histogram on weekly & monthly basis
• Monitoring the task on daily basis & generating report as per status and informing Manager about different appointments.
