Handling team of 12 NOC engineers and responsible for Managed Services of Aircel Oracle Tekelec & Nokia STP Signaling Network. Prime focus is on maintenance of 100% uptime of Aircel Signaling Network, Configuration changes at STP/associated core nodes, Critical traffic migration’s, new product launch and handling of day to day Operational issues
Handling of AIRCEL TEKELEC STP/MNP/IAS/EIR services as Shift Lead. Providing MS Operations for AIRCEL covering 8 STP Locations. Handling KPI/Signaling Reports. L1/L2 Support of Team. Solution of STP Network related problems with other vendors. Report Reviews/Possible Outcomes and providing feedback for STP. MNPDB Backup/Restoration/Issue Clearances. Responsible for Shift wise daily/weekly/monthly reports support and interval updation on issues.
Handling of SITRONICS( Sister Concern of MTS)-STP/MNP as Subject Matter Expert. Providing Managed Services for STS STP-Delhi. Handling Functionalities of STS STP-Delhi. L1/L2 Support of STS-STP Delhi. Call/SMS testing with analysis and providing support. Report Reviews/Possible Outcomes and providing feedback for STP.
Site- Surveying for EAGLE-Products including SS7 Signaling products, India Mobile Number Portability Featured products. Installation and Deployment of EAGLE5- ISS Products including EAGLE-STP, TEK Servers T-1000, T-1100, T-1200, IAS and other nodes as well. Hardware-Testing, Connectivity to Respective Equipment’s HLR, IN, MSC, MPLS, DCN of Operator. EPAP-13.0 Eagle Provisioning Application Processor configuration for mated pair communication and Database Sharing for Mobile no portability on MPS-Servers with Eagle-STP. Core Commands for Eagle- STP and MPS-Servers. Maintenance and Error Recovery of Eagle- STP Acceptance Test Procedures for Eagle- Products Co-ordination to multiple operators in multiple regions throughout India for field technical support.
