Duties & Responsibilities:
➢ All routine maintenance activities in line with company operating policies and procedures.
➢ Diagnoses causes for problems or failure in heating/air conditioning systems.
➢ Inspection of HVAC systems and their component (e.g. heating units, Building exhaust fans, ventilation
units, AHU, s, Chillers etc.).
➢ HVAC is acronym for heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Responsible to control temperature
and humidity as per required for manufacturing of medicine.
➢ As per schedule based on SOP frequency to lead my team to perform preventive maintenance and
corrective actions so to prevent major breakdown equipment and machines.
➢ All related equipment’s notification and P.M order performed as per the schedule and close notification
on time without any delay on SAP system.
➢ Create Notification and Job order by SAP system.
➢ Maintained the daily monitoring for HVAC system as per approved SOP procedure.
➢ Follow up new projects and old projects for TPMC on PMS and QMS.
➢ Commissioning of a new equipment installation and decommissioning of old equipment by SAP system
and make all related documents for it.
➢ Perform other duties and meeting related to job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
➢ Cooperate and follow direct manager instruction and meet rotation plan between sections as per work needs and business requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
CCTV PROJECT (CLIENT: TAHAKOM)
➢ Good technical understanding and ability to explain to customers.
➢ Able to inspect locations to find best installation areas for cameras to be installed
➢ Understands advancements in technology with surveillance systems
➢ Performed appropriate measurements for installation, configuration and debugging of CCTV traffic s
different companies HIK Vision, Al-Dahua etc.
➢ Installing of different electrical equipment's and apparatus.
➢ Complete installation of solar plants.
➢ Energize, de-energize, configuration, debugging, assembling the different sites.
➢ Preparing the BOQs, as-built drawings and uploading to the software's.
➢ Trainee for the new employees in the project of different phases.
➢ Survey for the new Sites in E-gate App.
➢ Completion of the Civil Milestone and Uploading to the E-gate App.
➢ Updating the System Installation Milestone in the E-gate App.
➢ After Configuration, alignment and debugging, uploading all the activities in the E-gate App.
➢ As-Built drawing preparing and uploading.
➢ Preparing Invoicing, BOQs, Shop Drawings and uploading to App.
Duties & Responsibilities:
➢ Implement the construction activities with respect to all discipline at site.
➢ Keep reporting consultant about all construction activities.
➢ Checking and verifying the sub contractor’s invoices in terms of site progress.
➢ Attending the meeting with client and consultant in which discussing about work progress and
procurement status.
➢ Supervise the erection/installation of electrical work such as Distribution transformers, 33 MV
Switchgear panels, LV Switchgear panels, Protection panels, UPS, and batteries, MCC, Emergency
diesel generator, Cable ladders, LV and MV power supply, and grid connections between existing
SWCC desalination plant and new MV Switchgear, Station meshed grounding, Lightning protection,
Internal & External Cathodic protections for tanks and along the pipeline, etc.
➢ Supervising & monitoring site executions keeping in view Company/Client process assets, technical
specifications, BOQ, the scope of work, and specified standards.
➢ Monitoring and checking site installations to ensure their adherence to the drawings and specifications.
➢ Preparing MRIR (Material receiving inspection report) of electrical materials, which has been
delivered at site according to the PTS (Project Technical Specification) procedure with complete
pertaining documents in the BIM 360 system for next actions of consultant line manager and SWCC
client.
➢ Preparing RFI (Ready for inspection of work) of electrical work at site according to the approved
highlighted drawings, ITP, and Method of statement etc., and then upload in the BIM 360 system
for next actions of consultant line manager and SWCC client.
➢ Closing Site Observation Report or Non-Conformance Reports.
➢ Participate in progress, technical, and coordination meetings asrequired.
➢ Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisted in Designing and Installation of 2.5MW PV system.
• Work on net metering process online through Step Robotics and making hard copies also.
• Works as a survey Engineer in organization
• To prepare reports covering solar home system and solar street light supervised.
• Supportsthe Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical
groups at site.
• Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical
works at site.
• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work
groups at site.
• Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards
or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
▪ Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of electrical related works at site.
▪ Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as work force, materials, consumables,
equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
▪ Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options
to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
▪ Installation of underground cables ducts with manholes.
▪ Supervision the Termination of 33kv/11kv high voltage cables.
▪ Installation of link boxes.
▪ Involved in all aspects of QC activities related to Electrical Inspection.
▪ Construction Scope of work covers installation of lighting system, Road lighting, Grounding,
Cable tray, Panel boards, Transformer, Junction boxes, Glanding and Terminations,
Receptacles, Conduit work.
▪ Studying of drawings single line diagrams, Block diagrams, wiring diagrams, circuit layout.
▪ Reviewing Single Line Diagrams and taking necessary actions on calculations as per
requirements.
▪ Preparation ofsingle line diagram and load schedule for electrical power and lighting for both
residential and commercial buildings.
▪ Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and
civil groups.
▪ Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports
on regular basis or as required.
▪ Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings,
contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national
or international standards.
▪ Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
▪ Inspection of ground test reading.
▪ Inspection of ground rod and grounding cable as per engineering specification.
▪ Regular Site inspections, Supervisions and preparing daily and weekly progress report.
▪ Arranging and conducting site inspections with consultants for every stage.
▪ Installation commissioning and maintenance of power lighting.
▪ Lighting poles arrangement as per site conditions.
I do many major and minor projects in every semester but my final year project is under ground pipe line robot android control robot. Which detects fault and crack inside the pipe through Android app how much distance it cover and where the fault is it gives us 100% result about the fault of the underground pipes
