Key Responsibilities - Marketing
* Maximized ROMI on all marketing & advertisement campaigns.
* Plan & Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the business profitability.
* Responsible for developing advertising opportunities, which can involve placing adverts in national, regional and specialist publications or on the radio.
* In-Charge of Online shopping portals such as Groupon, Hucklebuckle.com, ALSHOP.com, martarabia.com etc.
* Maintaining and building contacts with the media and preparing photo shoots.
* Providing assistance in launching new products and services (both online and offline).
* Liaising with government departments for necessary approvals.
* Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products.

* 10% YoY increase in sales at all the Retail Outlets.
* Managing Nine Retail Showrooms coming under General Enterprises Company.
* Managing & motivating a team of 21 sales people to increase sales & ensure efficiency.
* Analyzing sales figures & forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, evaluating marketing campaigns, monitoring competitor activity, analysing pricing positions, contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies, assisting in the delivery of approved strategies, supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Responsible for processing customer queries and routing service calls.
Maintaining an online customer enquiry register and preparing a daily enquiry report for the management.
Follow-up of customer enquiries after consultation with the sales in-charge.
Added responsibilities included analyzing the potential corporate customers Preparing presentations for the same.
